  • Yeah, I'm all for being successful and making a profit, but f**king the tax code to make that profit seems unfair. My small business doesn't get to do it. I don't employ 85K people, but I provide a critical and valuable service to my community. Guess I need a lobbyist in D.C.

  • Capitalism works well when there's not a subset of vultures purposely protected by Washington to suck consumers dry and then some. No one pure system works to the advantage of everyone. Someone always takes the high, hard one in the end. The goal is to try and make that as few people as possible.

  • I got out after eleven years of AF service because I couldn't stand the silliness of how a base is run. When I was chief of medicine, I had to go to base HQ twice a week during flu season to sit in a meeting for 90 minutes to update the base commander about the flu.
